Förskolan Viljan consists of two buildings in Ytterby/Kungälv: Hälleberget with three departments and Stället with four. Here, we work as co-researching and attentive educators in inspiring indoor and outdoor environments where children's curiosity, creativity, and joy of discovery can thrive. With a project-based approach and pedagogical documentation as tools, we follow up, evaluate, and develop the activities together.

We are an independent preschool inspired by the ideas of the Reggio Emilia philosophy. Our ambition is to create a sustainable organization with a focus on relational pedagogy and good conditions for educational work. Therefore, we work with overcapacity in staffing instead of using substitutes.

• is a licensed preschool teacher and wants to work in a Reggio-inspired way
